Lewis Dabney offers his clients more than twenty-five years of national and global conflict resolution experience, forty years of contemplative practice, a decade of community work, and a lifetime of formal and informal coaching. His philosophy is grounded in presence and the deep non-judgmental listening honed in mediation. He is an unshockable peacemaker for his clients, whether in their challenging work dynamics, their inner struggles, or their dispute-resolution needs. Lewis facilitates the emergence of inter-relational humanity for a collaborative world.
He is skilled at exploring the boundaries between meaning systems and finding common through-lines. Having lived within different religious and cultural communities, he is comfortable standing in the liminal, unexplored areas many avoid, the in-between spaces where cultures meet, to wayfind clarity within complexity. This arises not just within organizations and teams but also within individual clients.
Lewis views leadership as an emergent quality to be supported at every level from self-realization through communal collaboration and onward in ripples of realization and activation. He has the capacity to soften hard challenges and make them easier to metabolize, while hardening and concretizing more amorphous issues to make them easier to grapple with. As a high-support high-challenge coach, he helps clients to look clearly and fearlessly at the issues they most need to deal with, while supporting their needs.
Lewis also leads the KeyBridge Foundation, a non-profit Alternative Dispute Resolution practice providing conflict resolution, program management, training, and technical assistance services to the federal sector and clients around the world. In this capacity he works closely in the disability rights field, which has finely tuned his ethical conduct and collaborative problem-solving skills to ensure processes are both impartial and accessible.
Lewis received his BA in Anthropology and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, his MsC in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University’s Carter School, his certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University, and is currently pursuing ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. He is a nationally recognized leader in the mediation of disputes pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Lewis grew up in the wilds of Wyoming, and resides in the District of Columbia with his family. Client Testimonials:
Manasi’s coaching sessions came at the most opportune time in my career just as I had been asked to take on a big leadership role. She helped me to dig deep within and find insights and solutions to the challenges I faced. Through her process, she helped me identify what type of leader and manager I wanted to be. Her calm, inquisitive, and non-judgmental manner created a safe space that allowed me to introspect, plan, and grow in an authentic way. This was my first experience with executive coaching and would highly recommend it. This process gave me more confidence in my abilities and empowered me to find my authentic style of leadership.—Director at a non-profit organization.
Manasi is bright, kind, and even-keeled. She knows how to get you to think through some of the answers to your own questions. I truly enjoyed my sessions with Manasi. I always felt energized and confident in my leadership after our meetings, and I also felt encouraged and ready to take
on the challenge and work on things that I needed to work on. —Director at a California-based global non-profit organization.
I am a first-line engineering leader in a large tech company and before the coaching engagement with Manasi, I was considering multiple options to take my career to the next level and the pros and cons of each of them were not clear in my mind. I was very stressed as a result. Manasi helped me understand and weigh the pros and cons of each one of the choices before me. The sessions with Manasi gave me priceless self-awareness, especially about my appetite for risk and therefore now my priorities are crystal clear. After each session with Manasi, I had several actionable steps in my arsenal that I could use immediately to solve my work issues and
problems. Manasi is a good listener and has a huge body of experience in the tech industry. She understands the crux of the issues very easily, because of her own background in the tech industry. She has made me a much more effective leader and I am grateful for her help. — Engineering Leader in Big Tech.

Colin McLetchie deeply believes in lives worth living, leaders worth following and organizations worth being a part of, all of which cultivate communities and a world worth living in. He brings his unique blend of compassionate challenge and his deep insight and presence to all of his clients. He is known for being wickedly intuitive, insightful, direct when appropriate, and supportive always. Many clients have referred to him as a “not kidding around coach,” and leaders have often chosen him to partner with because they knew they would be challenged and supported in service of their goals, mission, and higher aspirations.
His coaching and facilitation are grounded on a few key beliefs:
In his own words: “My job as a coach and facilitator is to help leaders and people see, feel, think and believe differently, so they show up differently in service of the mission and the impact they want to have on the world. It’s an honor to get to be a partner on the journey of development.”
After a 20+ year career in HR leadership in the software, technology, consulting, and retail spaces, in January 2014 Colin committed to focusing full-time on partnering with individuals, managers, executives, teams and organizations to identify what success looks like and help them move forward to achieving that success – at work and in life. His areas of focus are on leadership, life and career coaching, leadership and management development programs and training, design and facilitation of team-building and planning off sites, and team, culture and organizational development. He is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and workshop facilitator on collaborative communication, personal transformation, personal leadership, courageous conversations, resilience, emotional and relational capability, and many other topics.
From the tactical to the transformational, Colin has helped leaders find deeper purpose, elevate their presence, lead themselves and others in more powerful, present and impactful ways. Recognizing that leaders are almost always in conversation, with themselves or others, he helps them tune in more deeply and understand that leadership is an internal journey externally manifested. He works in the four domains of Body, Emotion, Spirit and Thought to bring out a leader’s BEST self. The time leaders spend in conversation is crucial and where they have the most impact – whether it’s one on one or in groups – so honing conversational and relation skills is extensively part of his work. His rich employee relations and organizational effectiveness background have been useful to numerous leaders as they made major career transitions, revitalized teams, navigated systems’ wide change, created new and impactful culture and values, and dealt with complex and deeply human issues in the workplace.
Colin has coached/advised CEO’s and top executives, managers & entrepreneurs. Sample client organizations include World Bank Group, The Children’s Guild, Prince William County, DHS, NIH, Dun & Bradstreet, SourceAmerica, American Physical Therapy Association, FHFA, Federal Reserve Board, DOT OIG, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), Vectorworks, Goodwill Industries International, Council of Better Business Bureaus, USAID, Loudoun County, Territory Foods, Diligent, PM Hotel Group, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, and varied others. From data scientists, technologists to corporate support, sales and marketing, Colin has a broad array of experience to draw from in start-ups to large organizations.
In his HR career with Blackboard, American Management Systems (now CGI), and Macy’s, Colin served as the HR Business Partner and Coach/Advisor for leaders in Product Development, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Success, and others.
With a Bachelor’s in Interpersonal & Public Communication from the University of Louisiana, Colin is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Certificate in Leadership Coaching program, one of the world’s leading programs. Albert Sauri is a husband, father and entrepreneur. He is passionate to work with individuals and organizations to help them discover and reach their maximum potential through leadership trainings and executive & life coaching.
He deeply believes that there is no way to live a fulfilling career and life other than from a place of awareness of our own innate talents. Sometimes our talents are dormant or out of our consciousness. Therefore, that is why he transformed his career to help others awake their own awareness and talents.
As a leader and coach, Albert is an invitation just to be who we are, with no frills and no excuses. He masters the art of putting no pressure on anyone while clearly communicating possibilities.
As humans, we deal everyday with challenges and conflicts. He believes that every individual needs to face his own inner conflicts first so then be able to become better at facing outside conflicts and challenges. That is a powerful but painful sometimes journey that can only be achieved by going inside and observe ourselves, having our hearts at peace and giving ourselves full permission to be.
Albert has the capacity to see opportunities when others see only troubles and difficulties. As he did during the 2008 financial crisis by leaving a safe job and starting up his own company. When everybody around seemed to be too scared about the situation he could see the opportunity that was bringing that still today is making him a successful business owner.
Albert has 20+ years of experience in the industrial electronics, energy and automation sector. He has developed his career as an entrepreneur for the last 16+ years co-founding together with his brother an Industrial Automation company providing solutions worldwide and stablishing close and trusting relationships with the stakeholders. During his journey, he has been developing a big range of roles such as general manager, financial manager, product manager, international purchasing, marketing, sales, programming and quality control.
For the last 6+ years, Albert has been committed to be the best possible Personal and Professional development Coach, facilitator and motivational speaker. His credentials include Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC), Co-active Leadership Graduate and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC).
Albert loves practicing outdoor sports in nature, travelling around with his caravan together with his family.
